  1. A half hour assessment: we will discuss school or career goals and your individual needs in this training. This will help me to target the training to the specifics of your interview as well as your communicative, background, and behavioral needs.

  2. Resume review: We will review your resume, providing verbal feedback on it and also familiarizing myself with it for training purposes.

  3. 2 hour training for interview preparation. This may (depending on needs) include nonverbal and verbal behaviors in an interview, types of interviews you could encounter, what they look for in your interviews, how to manage the intro and conclusion of an interview, the most common questions, a formula to answer behavioral questions, appropriate answers to tough interview questions, and asking questions of the interviewer (when they ask “Do you have any questions for me?), and requesting letters of recommendation.

  4. Choose 3 cheat sheets: (1) Answering interview questions, (2) Answering behavioral questions, (3) Knowing yourself: finding fit; (4) General resume tips, (5) Behaviors during an interview, (6) Writing a cover letter, (7) How to request letters of recommendation
